One of the best things about living in San Diego is the abundance of outdoor donation-based yoga classes. Classes that go to charity are great for people who aren’t ready to commit to a yoga studio but still want to practice occasionally – or who are just looking to benefit a great cause and get bendy simultaneously!

Sunday, May 1st, you’ll be able to catch not one, but TWO convenient donation-based yoga classes right in Pacific Beach. Come to Kate Sessions park either at 10:30 AM or 5:30 PM to benefit two local charities. The morning yoga session will benefit San Diego Urban Angels, a nonprofit organization whose goal is to nourish and provide food for the homeless in San Diego. The second session will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), the worlds largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. Led by two of San Diego’s best yogi’s – Dominic and Meli Aguayo, each session will be 45-60 minutes accompanied by music for all levels, so come out and have some fun getting stretchy!

Onsies are encouraged for this fun event, but not required! Come out and have some fun with a $10 donation-based yoga class benefitting some great organizations and start your week of right. We will be on the grass near Park Drive off Soledad Road. Get tickets here or donate at the park.
