SUMMERTIME HAS ARRIVED. The thrill and excitement finally returns to where the “TURF MEETS THE SURF” at the DEL MAR RACETRACKS! Here, fans come together to watch the nations top horses and jockeys compete for the win, place bets on their favorite horses, enjoy famous live concerts, bask in the summer sun, and of course celebrate the ongoing tradition of the races!
The Del Mar Racetrack has been a summer playground for the town’s SOCIALITES and SPORT’S FANS ever since 1937 when Bing Crosby first greeted fans and the legendary Seabiscuit won a suspenseful race against Ligaroti in front of an A-List Crowd. The ambiance of Del Mar is nothing short of spectacular with its majestic ocean view, Spanish style architecture, and well-dressed west coast eye candy. Fashion is also essential to keeping tradition of the horse races alive. Having been a CELEBRITY HOT SPOT more than 75 years, the event has attained a reputation for guests in elegant attire. GIRLS, wear your favorite sundress, high-heels, and an outrageous floppy hat to complete the look! The main idea is DRESS to IMPRESS!
It seems as though an eventful day of mingling with the elite and popping champagne in Del Mar couldn’t get any better……ASIDE FROM figuring out transportation, a reliable DD, and a decent place to park… WELL…….What if we took care of all of that for you AND added a PRE and POST- PARTY with some of SD’s finest local DJs into the mix?! On OPENING DAY, July 17th, there will be a Pre- Party and Post- Party at FIREHOUSE AMERICAN EATERY & LOUNGE in Pacific Beach as well as a ROUND-TRIP PARTY BUS from Firehouse to the Del Mar Racetracks! The Bus will provide AC, Bathrooms, Alcohol, Beer, Energy Drinks, and Water. We will be kicking off the PRE- PARTY on the ROOFTOP of Firehouse (Doors open at 10:00 am)! This “swanky Miami-style” lounge with its breathtaking ocean-view is the PERFECT spot to pre-game. There will be PLENTY of ALCOHOL and BEATS by the incredibly talented STATIC PROMENADE to pump up the party. Having previously shared stages with Michael Woods, Designer Drugs, and ATD, it is safe to say this DJ knows how to get the crowd going! Firehouse will also be providing a PHOTO BOOTH BY INTO THE SCENE (SCOTT TRENTO) so we can take memorable pictures in our CLASSY “adult get-ups!” The BUS will LEAVE at 12:30 pm and return after the last race! There will be an exclusive pick up and drop off at the HILTON DEL MAR where each guest will get a complimentary DRINK VOUCHER (WELL/WINE/BEER)! 
After an eventful day of fun in the sun, the PARTY DOESN’T STOP! Firehouse will go back off with POST-PARTY BEATS by DJ JOHNNY RAYBURN and CHEYENNE GILES! Rayburn is an amazingly talented local favorite who is growing in popularity. He has closed off Michael Wood’s Intervention set, booked out San Diego’s hottest clubs, and continuously contributes to the success of DJhere.
CHEYENNE GILES, another SD local, will also be dropping beats at the Post-Party. His Back From the Future dubstep remixes have been rapidly climbing the charts of Beatport and Soundcloud!
