Bootycamp

BA Training will holding small group classes dedicated to one particular thing…firmer, rounder
butts!
- These will be limited to 6 participants per class and it is a 6 weekBOOTYCAMP.
- These can be “women’s only” if your group desires.
- The 6 week program will also give you access to the other BA training group classes.
- There will be 2 classes per week, scheduled when and where your group wants it.
- In addition to the 2 classes per week, you will receive a diet tip sheet for your refrigerator and homework workouts to do on you own!
The BA BOOTYCAMP is specifically designed to help you add size to the most wonderful
muscles in the body, the glutes. But adding rotundness to the booty isn’t the only thing we are going to do, we’ll also want to lean up the legs and waist to get that ‘BUBBLE BUTT’ look, aka the BAdonkadonk.
Clifton’s training philosophy is a blend of practicality and ideals-meaning I’m going to sneak in mobility, stability, and ‘corrective’ training while also training for aesthetics, and keeping it FUN. Many trainers call themselves strength & conditioning coaches and take themselves too seriously; Clifton uses scientific principles in a fun and accessible structure, he wants you to move better, and to feel good about how you look

- RKC (kettlebell for those who don’t know) and CK-FMS

- KettleBell Athletics level 2

BA training

Clifton is a movement, strength and conditioning coach who spent the last 1.5 years traveling the country lecturing and leading fitness workshops, and has also been featured on Arnold Schwarzeneggar’s website. His only goal is to help YOU achieve YOUR goals through AWESOME training. With BA training you’ll do things you haven’t done before, and improve things you have.
